Reset a forgotten password

Locked out? Reset your password from the login page using your email address — you'll get a secure link delivered in seconds.

Open the login page

Go to displaytechnology.tv/login, or click Log In in the top-right of any page.

Click "Forgot password?"

Below the two sign-in cards, click the small Forgot password? link. A modal slides in — you stay on the same page, you're not redirected.

Enter your email and send

Type the email address associated with your account. If your username field already had an email-shaped value, this field is pre-filled. Click Send Reset Link.

Check your inbox

Within about 30 seconds, you'll get an email titled "Reset your Display Technology password" from support@displaytechnology.tv. Open the email and click the link inside.

Set a new password

The link opens a page asking for your new password. Type it twice, watch the strength meter turn green, then click Save Password. You'll see a green confirmation banner, after which you can sign in normally with the new password.

Tips & Common Issues

•Don't see the email? Check your spam / junk folder. The sender is support@displaytechnology.tv — whitelisting it once prevents future misses.
•Reset links are single-use. If you click an old link from a previous request, you'll be redirected back to sign-in — just request a new link.
•If you're already logged in, you can also change your password from Profile → Password → Change. See Change password from your profile.
•After saving a new password, the old one stops working immediately. Use the new password going forward.
