Turn a tile On or Off

Each content tile has an On/Off switch. Off tiles are saved but skipped during playback — handy for seasonal content you want to keep but not currently show.

Before you start

  • Logged in to your dashboard

    Find the tile on your dashboard

    Navigate to the playlist (vertical, II, III, IV, V, or Menu) where the tile lives. The grid below shows a sample playlist — dimmed tiles are Off and won't play; vibrant tiles are On.

    Look at the toggle below the tile

    Below each tile, just under the Preview link, is a small pill-shaped On/Off switch. Green = On (the tile plays), Grey = Off (the tile is skipped during playback).

    Click the toggle to flip it

    Click the pill once to flip its state. The tile dims or brightens immediately and the change saves automatically — no separate Save button needed.

    Push the change to displays

    Click the green UPDATE button in the left sidebar so your displays pick up the new On/Off state. Within ~5–15 seconds the displays refresh. See Sync your displays.

Tips & Common Issues

  • •Off tiles are not deleted. They keep all their content — you can flip them back On any time. Great for seasonal promos.
  • •A playlist with all tiles Off won't play anything — the display falls back to the previously active playlist.
  • •Use Off to keep seasonal content (Halloween, Mother's Day, holiday hours) ready and waiting without manually clearing it out.
