Fill in headline, subtext, and colors

Type your HEADLINE (5–7 words is ideal — "Now Hiring", "Free Wi-Fi", "Open Today"). Add SUBTEXT for supporting info under 12 words. Pick a BACKGROUND color (or upload an image), then tune the HEADLINE and BODY TEXT colors so everything contrasts — white-on-bright or dark-on-light.

    Toggle On and push

Below the new tile, flip the toggle to On, then click the green UPDATE button in the sidebar to push the announcement to your displays. See Sync your displays.

Tips & Common Issues

  • Use no more than two fonts/colors per announcement — clean reads better from a distance.
  • Test from across the room. If you can't read it from 10 feet away, make the text bigger or boost contrast.
  • For seasonal messages (Halloween, holiday hours), create them all at once and just toggle them On/Off as needed instead of rebuilding each season.
