Change password from your profile
Already logged in? Change your password from your profile without going through the email-reset flow.

Before you start
- Logged in to your dashboard
- Access to the email on file (the reset link is sent there)

Open your profile
Click Profile in the top navigation bar of the dashboard. -

Click "Change" next to Password
On the profile card, find the Password row (shown as eight dots). Click the small Change link at the right edge of that row. -

Confirm your email and send the reset link
A reset card slides open. Your email is pre-filled from your profile — double-check it's correct (edit if needed), then click Send Reset Link. -

Check your email
Within about 30 seconds, an email arrives fromsupport@displaytechnology.tvtitled "Reset your Display Technology password". Open it and click the link inside. -

Save the new password
Type your new password twice and click Save Password. You're redirected to the sign-in page — sign in with the new password.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Why an email-based reset? Even when you're already logged in, the email check confirms you still own the address on file — it protects you if someone walks up to an unattended computer.
- •If you don't see the reset email, check your spam / junk folder. Sender is
support@displaytechnology.tv. - •Forgot the email on file too? Use Reset a forgotten password from the login page, or contact support directly.
