Change your profile photo

Upload a new profile photo or company logo so it shows up on your dashboard and on any branded content tiles.

Before you start

  • Logged in to your dashboard
  • A square image (PNG or JPG) on your computer

    Open your profile

    Click Profile in the top navigation bar of the dashboard.

    Click "Change Photo"

    On the profile card, click the Change Photo button (camera icon, just below your name). A small upload dialog opens.

    Pick your file and upload

    Click Choose File and browse to your image, or drag the file into the dashed drop zone. Then click Upload.

    Files should be under 2 MB and ideally square (e.g. 400×400 px). Wide or tall photos will be center-cropped.

    Confirm the new photo

    The upload dialog closes and the new photo replaces the default initial in the avatar circle. Refresh the page to see it appear everywhere — navbar, branded tiles, and any reports.

Tips & Common Issues

  • •Square images work best. Wide or tall photos will be center-cropped — preview the result before walking away.
  • •Allowed formats: PNG, JPG, GIF. Avoid HEIC files from iPhones — convert them to JPG first (the Photos app on macOS / iOS exports JPG by default).
  • •Your old photo is replaced, not deleted from your device — if you change your mind, just upload a new one. There's no undo, but there's no penalty either.
