Create an Advertisement
Advertisements are promotional tiles with a headline, image, price, and call-to-action — great for "20% Off Today" or featured products.

Before you start
- Logged in to your dashboard
- A product photo (optional but recommended)

Click an empty Advertisement tile
On any playlist tab, click an empty Advertisement tile (dollar-sign 💲 icon) — or open Create Content from the sidebar and pick the Advertisement card. -

Fill in headline, price, image, and CTA
Type a punchy HEADLINE ("20% Off All Drinks", "New: Spring Menu"). Add a PRICE if there is one — the template formats it automatically. Click Upload image to drop in a product photo from your gallery (or upload a new one). Finish with a CALL TO ACTION like "Order at counter" or "Today only". Tune the colors so the price pops against the background. -

Save the tile
Click Save. The advertisement is stored on the current playlist and the tile preview at the top of the editor updates to show your final design. -

Toggle On and push
Below the new tile, flip the toggle to On and click the green UPDATE button in the sidebar. The ad goes live on your displays within ~5–15 seconds.
Tips & Common Issues
- •One ad, one offer. Don't cram multiple deals into a single tile — create a second ad instead and let them rotate.
- •Use sharp, well-lit product photos. Blurry phone shots cheapen the look. See Upload images and videos.
- •Rotate ads weekly to keep the display feeling fresh — toggle old ones Off, new ones On. The toggled-Off versions stay saved for next time.
