By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Display Technology's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Display Technology provides a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows users to create, manage, and display content on screens and displays. Features include customizable templates, media management, scheduling, and remote display control.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Display Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Display Technology offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial, you have access to the platform's features as described on our website.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our website. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. To cancel, contact us at support@displaytechnology.tv.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Display Technology a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Display Technology owns all rights to the platform, including its design, templates, software, branding, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.
The Display Technology name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Display Technology. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Display Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Display Technology in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Display Technology makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Mississippi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
